KiMs: Co-creation with clients

Together with Loop Company we defined a process which Loop Company facilitated. We work though an exciting process, that were adjusted in relation to the knowledge and learning, we got. Even though the high ambitions the goal were reached and that ended with seven well described concepts witch were pressure tested and developed together with the consumers. Further more we got a long list of concepts and ideas, which we are going to develop further with the tools, we lead trough the process. Julie Kjær-Madsen og Søren Laursen were amazing with the high amount of involvement and commitment they put into the process. They created high amount of value. APC by Schneider Electric: Innovations day with fokus on the outcome

On the innovations day the cornerstones for our future income where laid solid. If you thing return of the day, it already started just after lunch. One month after the innovation day we already applied for 2 patents and there is more to come. Søren Brogaard, Vice President, APC i Kolding

KiMs:Training of innovation agentsr

KIMS is constant meeting new challenges and we most recognize, that the solutions and processes there were efficient earlier, no longer are sates factoring and efficient. We are in need of new thinking! One among many new ways for KIMs is educating the innovative agents. The education is implemented in corporation with Loop Company, with the purpose to develop competences, that can be used to facilitate and create stronger teambased idea generation and problem solving. 

 
Julie Kjær-Madsen og Søren Laursen made a both effective and inspiring training and education of our innovations agents. They have as instructors and coaches been able to create effective learning, that made our innovations agents able to facilitate different sequences. Partly white the concrete tools and partly the structure that gives the confidence and security the agents need in the new roll as agents. Already now we have enjoyed and benefited from the learning and see more exciting possibility’s ahead, that will contribute to more efficiency project work.
