A day with Insights®
As part of developing the innovative organization, we offer a team-day focused on improving communication across the organization and promoting a better understanding of the need to involve diversity in innovative efforts. The program is based upon Jung's theories and the Insights Discovery® profile. This profile increases the participant's self-awareness and creates successful strategies for communicating with others.
The concept has proven useful for example in implementing new strategies, improving leadership, starting project teams or optimizing communication and collaboration across the organization.
During the course of the day, participants relate to the aspects of establishing a high performance team and discuss communication, individual roles in the team, responsibility and teamwork. An exciting and instructive day of fun and energy is guaranteed for all. Use this workshop as a teambuilder or as part of the journey towards a more innovative environment.
