Graintec makes innovation a new career path

Graintec is stenghtening the ability to innovate through a new employee innovation program.  Graintec educates eight ”Innovation Agents” with a helping hand from innovation experts Loop Company.

The newly trained ”Innovation Agents” has to ensure that innovation takes place in the whole Graintec organization and that both employees, customers and suppliers participates in the process.
