Loop Company headed an ambitious internal development project at APC by Schneider Electric.
The goal was to define a set of values that could form the basis for conduct and teamwork within the innovative organization, and to draw attention to one of the most attractive workplaces in Denmark.
The process was defined by four phases:
Phase 1: Defining values and making them understood and anchored in top management.
Phase 2: Anchoring the values in the entire organization by means of an astonishing presentation ensuring knowledge of and understanding for the values.
Phase 3: Anchoring the values in the individual employee and section by means of interpretation and understanding of the set of values.
Phase 4: Creating values through external branding.
The result was a company culture in Kolding, Jutland, which sets an example to be followed by the entire Schneider Electric organization.
